       -During the beta, merchants are responsible for the fee.
       - After the beta, merchants have the option to pass fee onto their customers

• Tips on delivery orders go to DoorDash driver.

• DoorDash will invoice merchant every month for delivery fees + driver tips

• Merchants can set a minimum delivery order amount to reduce costs
